Dear Family, On behalf of my family especially my mother we are so heartfully sorry for your loss and for all those who loved Mary. We sure did! I know you know how much apart of my mothers life Mary was ! And how caring and unselfish your mom was. We loved inviting her over for dinner whenever we went up to our mom's. Mary was so very dear in so many ways. We are so sorry we could not have been there but there is just so much manuvering and my mother is not easy getting around these days. Know that our hearts are broken for you all and we, will dearly miss Mary O'Callahan. It will no doubt take along time to feel better after this, just know that we loved her and she will always be missed! P.S. We take great care of the cranberry sweater Mary made for my mother. I know that was along time ago but as soon as the weather gets cold that sweater is on my mother not to be take off until springtime. Again we are so very sorry for your loss. Dear Angela, Jimmy, Brendan, Timmy, Cormac and your families. Your mother was loving, compassionate, and energetic with a great sense of humor. I remember her chiding us for eating all the gooseberries off the bushes back in Ireland saying we werenâ€™t leaving any for the birds. I remember meeting at the feis in the Bronx at Lehman College and visits at our house at 98th Street or your home in the Bronx. My heart is breaking for you. There is one less light in the world.
