Nate was the funniest story teller that we knew. Our stomachs and faces would hurt from laughing for so long. Nate made a difference in this world to so many people and animals. This quote made me think of him, " You cannot get through a single day without making an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." ~ (Jane Goodall ) His body has left this earth but his soul remains. His energy is a part of his children, his wife, his family and his friends. Nate was the epitome of unconditional love and joy. We are all better for knowing him. Kris, Quinn, Hudson (Brutus and Scout too). I sound like a broken record, but the minute I met Nate I loved him. I could tell he was an amazing husband, father and provider, just an amazing man. He had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I have ever met (with the exception of his wife Kris). Even when he was ill he was still making me laugh and always commenting on my post. Not having Nate here anymore is truly a loss, but I know in my heart, he is looking down watching his family and he is at peace. Kris, Quinn and Hudson, you have another guardian angel! My deepest sympathies and prayers go out to Nathan's family and friends. Although I met him briefly many years ago when he was a sweet boy, it certainly sounds like he grew into a wonderful husband, father,brother and friend. Laurie, my friend my heart aches for you, losing your sweet Nathan I know you are a sensible person and know in your heart he is no longer suffering but find a favorite picture of the two you so when reality comes crashing you'll have that to cling to.
