Ms. South was a woman of great love and caring and compassion when I married into the family she always treated me with love, care and respect always wanting to know how I was doing with work and our kids and life. A very sweet woman in my eyes and heart for this I am grateful I got to meet ms South you could really see the Jesus in her so I know she is where she belongs and that's with Jesus she will be greatly missed in my heart.
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. South. Mrs.South was my bus driver during my high school years at C-A. I found great comfort in talking to her during our rides to Athens. She told me many stories and was like my own grandmother. She would call my house when school was closed or delayed. She used to tell me that her day started at 4 am. Although I haven't seen her in many years the picture of her posted in the paper was just how I will remember her. What a great woman. I am proud that I got the chance to know her. Rest in peace Mrs. South.....
Mrs. South was the bus driver for all of my children. She was very comforting to my son when he started kindergarten and cried when he had to go on the bus. She was one of the sweetest ladies I know.
