I went to school with Rafe in Scotia. I decided to look him up and am shocked and saddened to learn of his passing. My condolences to you all.
I was terribly bullied in school (nearly to death) and Rafe was the only person who was ever nice to me. He probably saved my life. I will never forget that. He was a good person. I'm so sorry.
