Doris was a great friend. I enjoyed working with her with Grandmas for the Troops. She was also a dedicated Red Hatter. She was secretary for the Ladies Aux and she did a fine job and worked for the dinners.
Doris you were a great teacher to me both in painting and helping me with needlework. I admired your strength after Wayne died. Peace be with you always.
To all who see this, I'm sorry I didn't get home to visit sooner, and to the family, I'm sorry for your loss. I knew Dee very well as a kid growing up and we all are getting older and hope to stay in good health for a long time. Regards to all, Ken and Jackie
We send our deepest sympathy. We knew Doris from Grandma's as we would donate money collected from our motorcycle runs for the Troops. She will be sorely missed and in our prayers.
We stopped at a roadside garage sale upstate possibly on rt 30 during one of our trips home from our estate in the Adirondack mountains. We absolutely LOVE these and have cherished them for over a decade. I just happened to Google the signed name and can't help but think that we found the artist behind these beautiful Christmas decorations.
