Dear Phyllis,
Thank you for being so helpful to me when I was starting out in Dormansville and Coeymans Hollow. I remember that you wrote out in longhand a special service for me, one that I had not had previous experience with. I remember your abrupt and hearty laugh, and the many conversations we had riding to and fro upstate. You were a beloved pastor with a special empathy with and for the folks, and you were a special inspiration to me, and I was and am proud that you considered me a colleague. Steven Peiffer
