So shocked and saddened to hear of Autie Lena passing so suddenly. My heart goes out to all the family at this very difficult time, especially Arlene, Debbie and Collette.
I have many a fond memory of Lena both here in Ireland and America. She always had a permanent smile on her face which in turn made you smile and brightened up you day! She was a very kind and generous lady who always made you feel welcome. Which was evident when I visited for Collettes bridal shower and again when she travelled down to Florida to meet myself and Marie withChris, Iggy and Cathy. It's was heartwarming that they made that journey down to see us. A true reflection of the person she was.
Was looking forward to having another catch up with Lena in a few weeks. An opportunity that was stolen from us all.
A fond reunion is taking place up in heaven. May she find rest now with those she loved and have gone before her. Rest in peace Lena xx

We always had a great time with Lena when we went to visit her. She was always so kind, generous and was always full of fun and happiness, singing the praises of her kids and grandkids. She was so proud of you and loved you so much.
She was a wonderful lady who has always been so encouraging and supportive. I was quite surprised when she managed to get me on a local Irish radio show to talk about my artwork while having a visit with her in the Catskills. How she managed it I will never know but it was greatly appreciated.
She also made such a big effort to come home and see our mother in her time of need which mammy appreciated so much and we are all thankful they were able to share that time.
So many happy memories and too many to share here but The wedding of Amanda and Alex was the last time we were with her. A great time spent celebrating and dancing with all the family. Fond memories we can always look back on.
We are sorry we are unable to be with you tomorrow but you will all be in our thoughts. She was a real lady and she will be sorely missed.
Love from Niall and Grainne

Was so saddened and shocked to here off the passing of aunt Lena. Was really looking forward to seeing her again on what probably would have been her last trip back home. So many lovely memories from her visits over the years, always had a huge smile on her face. She will be in good company with the rest of the Hagan clan in heaven. May she rest in peace x

So sad to hear the news of auntie Lena’s death and that she didn’t make her trip home. So so many fond memories in Ireland, New York and Madeira beach. Most recent fun memories being at Amanda & Alex’s wedding last year, when she put us all to shame on the dance floor and made it to the after party for a slice of pizza. So glad we had that time together.
I will never forget the trip she made home to see Mummy before she passed away and will forever have the picture in my head of the last time they saw each other on this earth. I hope they are together again now with Chris and all the Hagan family in heaven.
Thinking of Arlene, Debbie, Collette and all the family. Although I won’t be with you tomorrow you will be in my thoughts xxxx

I am so sorry for the passing of Lena. I have known her since I was eight years old. I have many happy memories of Camp Mohican and nights out in East Durham. She was a very kind person and a wonderful mother. She will be missed.
Rest in peace

Unfortunately due to living in two different countries we didn't get to see aunt Lena very much but when we did she certainly left her mark.
Aunt Lena was a character, so it is very hard to choose just one memory of our times together - there are definitely a few that stick out in my mind.
My last memory and the last time I saw aunt Lena was when she was home visiting my own father shortly before his death. I remember the two of them chatting and laughing away in the kitchen and some of the stories being told just made us all shake our heads - it's not surprising granny Hagan had to use the wooden spoon all the time.
Aunt Lena I can't believe you are gone, but I am sure you, daddy and the rest of the Hagan clan are all having the craic up above. You will be forever in our hearts ♥️

Deepest sympathies on the passing of such a sweet soul. I only had the pleasure of meeting her once but she lit up the room with her laugh. She is with her husband now, watching over all her loved ones.
Love,
