We have had some great times on the golf course...and he was so proud of his 2 Drivers and, of course, his Mustang.
Bill will be missed by all that knew him.
May we all remember the good times, learn from the tough ones and make someone smile along the way!

Billy and my brother Skipper were the best of friends growing up. After Skipper (Charles Peck) died we didnt see Billy as often but it was always like a family reunion when we did. A funny story- one time I was following a car on CR 312 and I see this person in front of me and I am thinking -what is he doing? It was Billy and he was talking to himself in sign language! We had a good laugh when he realized someone seen him! RIP my friend. I am sure you and Skipper have a lot to catch up on and now can hear in Heaven! Love, Betty Ann
