I have had the honor and pleasure of being ME's friend for over ten years and working with her at the Hideway for five or more of them. ME was one of greatest persons in my life. I will never forget, ME asked me to cover her shift one Sunday afternoon (oh it must have been at three or four years ago) so she could go to her work's Christmas party. She was so excited because she had a very special date with someone who admired her for a very long time, and they finally got to go on a date. That person was PAT, her true love for ever and ever. PAT and ME got married and some how I will always feel a part of that love that they shared and will continue to share.
PAT - You are the BEST. You made ME smile everyday, and because of that everyone ME touched also smiled everyday. I will turly miss ME but she will always be with me everyday in heart and soul until the day comes that I also will have to go.
Love You ME forever and a day.
PS: My heart goes out to KENNY, KATIE and SUE SCOTT of the Hideway, because they were there with her and PAT every step of way. LOVE YOU GUYS.

I haven't seen Mary Ellen in years but the memories I have with her will never fade. She was my co-pilot while I drove taxi in the 80's. We shared so many laughs and so many one of a kind experiences together. My prayers are with the family. I wish I could be there and Mary Ellen, I will never forget you!

Although I haven't seen you for like ten years up until a month and a half ago when you came to my son's wake, I have such fond memories of you. Boating, (the cup) LOL, camping (the chicken shit) LOL which was delicious, the time the guys where hunting behind your trailer and the gun went off and hit the trailer, that wasn't so funny but all the same we laughed about it. You will be miss very much, but now you are with Josh, I hope he is showing you the way, I'm sure he is. The one memory I have of you that I will never forget is your infectious smile and laugh. Rest well girl Love ya.

When Mary Ellen worked for my husband and I at the Mayflower Sweet Shop in Catskill, many years ago, she was a delight to be around.I was always glad when she was on shift. She was smart, funny and sweet--kind to everyone...a good, good person, always putting others first. She was a great kid who grew into a wonderful adult. The world will miss her presence greatly. Farewell, my friend.

Mary Ellen was a long time friend of my family and myself. I'll never forget how she called me sweetie, how she always encouraged me to be an individual (especially as a young woman), and how she always looked for and found the beauty in those around her. I will always feel so blessed for having known such an incredible woman. Cheers to you, may God hold near, until we meet again...Love, Kimmi
