So sorry to hear about your dad. I learned so much from him, while working with him as a maintenance man in the summers throughout college. And he was still teaching me when I came back to GCS as a teacher years later! :) I hope you can be comforted by your many great memories of him.

My deepest sympathies to the Kent family. I met Ron many years ago, in 1962 while working in Albany. He recognized me from around Coxsackie and would always be so nice when we saw each other over the years, whether at the grocery store, or at the street festival. I know he will be missed, but is now with his love Maude in heaven. May Ron Rest in Peace.

Ronnie Kent was a hero to my family. His diligence saved my brother from getting hit by a passing car after he got off the bus and started to cross the road. Jesse and family, I can't imagine the pain you are feeling now, but I hope your fond memories will comfort you. You are in my prayers.

Dear Cindy, Jesse and Phil and Family. I am so very sorry to hear of Ronnie passing. I can still hear his laugh so clearly. Every Sunday ringing that Church Bell with such enthusiasm. Finally he gets to be with his Dearest Maude as I know how much he missed her. May you find comfort in you memories and that he lived a great life. Love and Hugs to each of you.

My deepest condolences to Ron's family in his loss and especially to Phil who was devoted to his care. Ron was a wonderful and devoted friend and neighbor, always there for my family to help with the house and ready in an emergency to help. He loved animals and nature and was a hard and diligent worker, brilliant in problem-solving and fixing things that had no easy solution. I will be forever grateful for his help and support to my parents as they got older. Rest in peace, Ron.
