Uncle Frank was a great man. He was very caring and a very thoughtful person. One thing I liked the best.. when you talked with him, he listened so intently. My parents truely loved him, as he was so good to his wife and family!
God Bless.

The first time I met Frank, I was driving on Route 403 when I suddenly needed oil for my 1987 Jeep. Frank didn't know me, but he was right there to help. That was about a year after I moved to this area in 1993. Since that time, whenever I saw Frank it was like we were old neighbors. A very kind & sweet man. I'll miss seeing him at the drivetru at Rite Aid. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Our prayers and sympathy go to Frank's family during this difficult time.
Frank worked with Dawn's Dad -Harold "Poozie" Preville at Niagara Mohawk for years and he was one of Ni-Mo's "Iron Horse's". While many can say they worked hard at their jobs Frank was one that actually did.
