I have so many fond memories that I will cherish for a lifetime. Billy was like a second dad to me when I was a little girl. He truely impacted the person I have become. He taught me to laugh and that having a sense of humor was important as well as family doesn't have to be blood. My thoughts and prayers to his two sons and family.
