Please accept my deepest and sympathy. May the God who binds up the broken-hearted comforts all who mourn, sustain your family during this challenging time.(Isaiah 61: 1,2.)

Sending love and prayers to all of you. Marv has left his mark on the earth in so many wonderful ways. He has also left a mark in the hearts of all who knew him. He was truly a man of God and we were so blessed to have him in our church family. He was also a huge support and comfort to my mom in her grief when my dad passed. I will be forever grateful for his friendship to her. May Gods grace and peace surround and comfort you all at this time.

The world has lost a kind and gentle soul! Marv will be missed on Tom Ryans Way.....We enjoyed reminiscing about growing up on the farm and it was fun to hear that he used a "stone boat" in New York as was used on Minnesota farms, as well! My sympathy goes out to his family!

Marv was a gentle soul with a soft voice and big smile, ever ready to help out those in need. I enjoyed talking with him about genealogy and how interrelated those of us are who have forefathers who settled in New England in the 1600s. It is with great sadness that we leaned of his passing. May he Rest In Peace with his sweetheart Ralene, both taken too soon. We will miss him in Oro Valley.

Marv, you will truly be missed. Lori and I were very fortunate to know you. We had some great times together. A lot of jokes, laughs and stories. I enjoyed talking and joking about the Navy verses the Marines. I enjoyed sitting on your front patio and watching the world ( Sun City ) go by. You were always so kind and sincere. You always left people with a smile on their faces. Thank you for being my buddy, you were great on the court and off the court. Walt.

The Smith Family and relatives,
As neighbors and friends of such a great man, my heart goes out to you. If we needed an extra hand, Marvin always had one. We needed a home in a blizzard, the Smith Family took us in. We needed a shoulder to cry on when hardships happened, Marvin was always there. Now when your loss is great, please know I am here to help you any way I can. May God's peace like a river flood your souls. Marvin is in his forever home. Love you, Joyce
