My sympathy and prayers to Janis' family. When I lived on top of Sickle Hill I visited with her occasionally, less so since I have moved off the hill. I admired her "greenhouse" porch and enjoyed the warmth of her kitchen. She was such a welcoming and friendly person. I will always think of her when I pass her house. (and I remember the round barn that used to be across the road)
