Obituary of Regina C. Lannon

PRESTON HOLLOW – Regina C. Lannon, 89, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 5, 2018. She was born on November 17, 1928, in the Bronx to the late Charles Albert and Concetta Cassetta Cardillo. She was raised in Queens and after high school, she attended Paine Hall and received a Lab Tech Degree. In 1948 she married Richard F. Lannon, Jr. and together they lived in St. Albans, Queens. Regina worked as a nurse at with Drs Ginsberg, Seibel & Wade. In 1983, she moved to Preston Hollow after retirement. Regina is survived by her daughter, Lynda (Joseph) Bertinetti; her grandsons, Christopher (Megan) and Jeffery (Mikele) Bertinetti; her great-grandchildren, Timothy, Lily, Will, Cole, and Lyla Shea; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday July 10th from 4 to 7pm at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday July 11th at 11am at St. John the Baptist Church, 4987 State Route 81, Greenville, followed by burial in the Potter Hollow Cemetery.
