Obituary of Muriel Cook

WEST COXSACKIE - Muriel Cook, formerly of Bethany Village, passed away at The Pines in Catskill on Friday, Sept. 24, 2010. She was born in Stamford, CT on March 17, 1915 to the late Lawrence and Jane Stott Burdick. Muriel is survived by a daughter, Sally Bogardus Dyce (John) of Cairo and a son, Donald Olmsted (Janet) of Norton Hill; grandsons, Dale Olmsted (Sue) of Coxsackie, Kevin Olmsted (Samantha) of Evansville, IN and Keith Olmsted (Theresa) of South Westerlo; granddaughters, Lynda Taylor (Bob) of Sarasota, FL, Cheryl Smith of Harvard, MA and Melissa Jankowski (Bill) of Jacksonville, FL; 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by sons Daniel, David and Dale Olmsted; brother, Lawrence Burdick and sister, Florence Conklin. There will be no funeral.
