Obituary of Jeffrey Dean

COXSACKIE – Jeffrey Dean, 48, passed away suddenly on March 10, 2017. He was born on February 10, 1969 in Catskill to Jere Dean and Barbara O'Hare Conlon. Jeffrey was well known for operating and working at the family business Dean's Mill for many years, starting as a teenager. Jeff was an avid reader, who especially loved learning new and obscure words and their definitions. He also enjoyed golf, tennis, and playing horseshoes. He was much loved by his family and many friends. Even having his personal hurdles to overcome, he always had a smile for people and was a kind and loving person. He was always there to lend a hand to those who needed it. He will be sorely missed by many. In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by his two children, Nigel and Jocelyn Dean; his girlfriend, Sandra Wood; his sisters, Kelly Conlon and Kate (Benjamin) Paniccia; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and his nephew Carter Paniccia. May he find the peace that eluded him in life. Calling hours will be held on Thursday March 16th from 6 to 8pm at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville, NY 12083.
