Dear Carlton & Charlie ~
I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a class act--always maintaining her composure, even on the most insanely busy Sunday afternoons at Benny's! Betty was kind, hard-working, and had such a sweet disposition! I will remember seeing her glide across Rest Seeker's floor, shouldering one of those impossibly ungainly trays loaded with serving bowls, and making it look like child's play. The laughs we shared after a hectic night still ring in my ears. She had a great laugh! ~ May the memories of your Mom bring you comfort in the days and years ahead.
