Obituary of Jeffrey R. Kinn

HANNACROIX - Jeffrey Kinn, 29, died suddenly on March 5th 2015 while riding his snowmobile locally. He was born in Catskill on April 21, 1985 to Brian and Darlene (Ross) Kinn. Jeff worked for his father at Modern Metal Fabricators in Hannacroix for many years. There he spent countless hours with his father Brian, learning everything he could about the business and life. Jeff and Brian were two peas in a pod and were the best of friends. Jeff spent his spare time always on the go; he would go four-wheel riding, snowmobiling, golfing, hunting and spending time with his friends. At home Jeff and his wife Tyler had two crazy dogs to keep them occupied and always laughing. In September 2014 Jeff and Tyler were married at Orchard Creek Golf Course, Altamont, NY. Jeff caddied for his brother Daniel for two years at the PGA Professional National Championship in Oregon and Myrtle Beach. At the events both brothers got plenty of TV time and signed autographs for a reason unknown to us. Jeff was extremely close with all of his parents, brothers, nieces and friends. He was always the life of the party no matter what or when. He brought a smile to everyone's face along with bursts of laugher. Jeff had a very unique laugh that would put a smile on anyone's face. Jeff was due to be a father in June 2015, and was looking forward to raising his son "the country way". Jeff will be missed by many people for so many reasons, and will always be in our hearts and watching over us. Jeff is survived by his wife, Tyler (Winnie) Kinn; his parents, Brian and Darlene Kinn; his brothers, John (Erin), Michael, and Daniel Kinn; his nieces, Lauren and Jordan Kinn; his paternal grandparents, Walter and Marjorie Kinn; his maternal grandparents, Mae and William Ullmstrom; his in-laws, Kim and Maureen Winnie; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his maternal grandfather Roy Ross. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday March 10, 2015 from 4 to 7pm at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home 4898 State Route 81 Greenville, NY 12083. A service is to follow at 7pm. Jeff has been cremated privately.
