Obituary of Mark A. Hulbert

SURPRISE - Mark Alfred “Chip” Hulbert, 51, died unexpectedly Friday, January 3, 2014 at his home. He was born on July 25, 1962 in Catskill NY. He attended Cairo Durham High School continuing his education at the College of St. Louis in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Business Management.    Husband of Beth Anne (Blenis) Hulbert, he is survived by four children, Roxanne Hulbert (23), Alec Hulbert (19), Hope Hulbert (8) and Reid Hulbert (5). Son of the late Helen Kellam Hulbert and Llewellyn (Bud) Hulbert, Mark is survived by his brother, Richard Hulbert and his wife Colleen and their children, Erin & Ian; sisters, Cathy J. Hulbert and Cheryl Hulbert Cox and her husband Edward and their children, Michelle (Hunt) and Michael Lee; brother, Bradley and his wife Shirley and their son Robert; and brother Sean and his wife Melissa and their daughters Rachel and Amanda.    Mark served his country as a US Army Ranger, stationed in Korea.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and attended Grapeville Baptist Church in Climax, NY. At the time of his passing, he was employed by Terpening Trucking Co. of Syracuse, NY. His interests included hunting, four wheeling and above all else - spending time with his family.   Calling hours at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR 81, Greenville, are Monday 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at A.J.
