Emelie Sharkey (nee Sutton) of North Valley Stream, LI, NY died in the arms of her son, Sean on Friday, May 10, 2013. Emelie was born December 14, 1938 in Catskill to the late Erik and Alice Sutton, formerly of Cornwallville. She is survived by her husband Gerard and their two sons, Jay and Sean, and daughters-in-law, Carol and Michele, and beloved grandchildren Sutton, Quinn, and Maura, Kyle, Ryan, and Griffin. She is also survived by her brother, Thomas (Linda) Sutton and sister, Elizabeth (Al) Hendricks, and was predeceased by two sisters, Elsie Allan and Edith Baumann. Friends may call at A.J.
