DELMAR – Pamela S. Hardin, age 50, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Troy. Born in Mount Kisco on February 14, 1962, Pam grew up in Greenville and graduated from Greenville Central School. She worked as a home health aide for ten years until she had to stop work because of a disability. Pam enjoyed reading and cooking, and loved her cat, Benny. Pam is survived by her daughter, Devin Rose Hardin (fiance, Bryan Ira); her mother and stepfather, Rosemary and Robert Whalen; her brothers, Robert (Cheryl) Young, Scott Young, David (Shari) Whalen; her sister-in-law, KrisAnne Lynch; nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Richard Young. Cremation has been performed privately. A memorial service will be Monday at 4 p.m. at A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville. Calling hours will follow the service until 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Road, Loudonville, NY 12211 will be appreciated.
