I grew up in a Masonic home and many of the teachings that my father believed in such as respect, friendship and integrity were so evident in YOUR father.
My husband and I bought our home in Medusa in 1978 and we often shopped at Story's Nursery. Your dad was always so thoughtful and provided us with so much knowledge of where and what to plant.
Because of his assistance at that time, we are still surrounded by mature trees and flowering shrubs that have continued to provide us with Nature's gifts for many years.
We are so thankful for his love of this beautiful living creation.
He will be missed by so many and remembered for years to come.
With our sympathy,
Beth Ferris Albrecht (the rhubarb lady)
Tom Albrecht

Always enjoyed stopping by on my bike ride when George was on the porch. We had great conversations about Ag school. Bob Titus

So sorry to hear of Georges' passing. We've known him since we were kids, and at one time he was our close neighbor and lived on Elm ln. Ext. Just two houses up from us. He was always a pleasant person, a genuine gentleman. They don't make good people like that anymore.
God bless George and may God give you the peace in His Garden.

What a wonderful man George was. My dad was a GCS classmate of his and they always enjoyed visiting. He was really a mainstay at Story’s Nursery. He was always friendly and helpful. RIP George.
