PRESTON HOLLOW – Charles A. Marcinak, 61, passed away suddenly at home on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Charlie was born on October 23, 1951 in the car on the way to the hospital, not far from the family homestead in Preston Hollow. He has lived in Preston Hollow his whole life. Charlie is survived by his partner and soul mate, Margaret E. Santiago; his step-daughter, Alina Santiago; his mother, Mildred “Vicky” Neuman Marcinak; his siblings, Diana Marcinak Pastier, Gordon J. Marcinak, Marilyn Marcinak Prendergast, Harold Marcinak and Lisa Neuman; seven nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Lawrence J. “Larry” Marcinak. No memorial service will be held at this time. A celebration of life in remembrance of Charlie will take place in late May of this year.
