Obituary of William C. Meyer

WESTERLO-

 William (Bill) Meyer, 63 years of Westerlo, passed away on Saturday May 25, 2024 at his residence.
He was born on Wednesday October 26, 1960 in Bayshore, the son of the late Donald and the late Lorraine (née Bracchi) Meyer. He resided most of his adult life in upstate New York.

Bill worked as a meat cutter and a chef until disability rendered him unable in 1999. He was very good at woodworking, and making stone, wood, and glass necklaces.

In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by brothers Bruce and Donald Meyer. Father-in-law Cliff Fisher, and brother-in-law Wayne Haley.

He is survived by his wife Debrah, mother-in-law Marie Haley, son Mark (Ellen) Perreault, stepchildren; Keith (Val) Wright, Kiley (Joel) Roe, and Kenneth (Marea) Wright as well as his brothers Mark and George Meyer, and Joey Bracchi. Also left in his memory are grandchildren; William Perreault, Bretton, Torrance, Alison, Anagale, William, Kasadie and Keith Wright, Kaylee and Kennedy Roe, and great granddaughter Audrey.  Along with many brother and sister in-laws, and his dog Shelby, Best friends Ed, Ruthie, Brent and Felicia.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 4 at 5:00 PM at A. J. Cunningham Funeral Home 4898 State Route 81, Greenville.

Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, June 4 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at A. J. Cunningham Funeral Home 4898 State Route 81, Greenville.

 Interment will take place on Wednesday, June 5 at 10:00 AM at Westerlo Rural Cemetery State Route 143, Westerlo.
