Theresa Louise Rinaldi, born in New York City on October 3, 1957, died on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at

her residence in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She was the daughter of Peter and Louise Rinaldi of

New York City and Norton Hill, New York. Theresa loved her family, all music, dancing, and all

things, Hollywood.

Though she had Down Syndrome, she was employed by the American Bible Society in

Manhattan for 31 years. She traveled by public transportation to and from work, and lived alone

in the family apartment upon her parents’ retirement to Norton Hill. Theresa was devoted to her

job, and was recognized yearly for perfect attendance. She was a member of St. John’s Roman

Catholic Church in Greenville, N.Y. where she served as a Eucharistic minister.

She was predeceased by her father, Peter, her mother, Louise, and her older brother, Tom. She

is survived by her sisters, Diane Tugander of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Dorothy (Michael) McDonald

of Durham, NY; Petricia (James) Mayott of Wappingers Falls, NY; and sister in law Dawn Rinaldi

of Land O’Lakes, FL. She dearly loved her many nephews and nieces and grand nieces and

nephews.

Theresa will be laid to rest with her parents in Greenville Cemetery.
