CAIRO – Patricia Kathryn Gulnick-Fredenburgh, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Albany Medical Center Hospital after a long illness. Born on March 9, 1941 in Montreal, Canada, she was daughter of the late Clayton and Mary McCawley Gulnick. Pat was raised in Kingston, NY and graduated from Kingston High School and Dutchess Community College. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Fordham University. Pat was a teacher in schools in the Archdiocese of New York for 20 years. She worked for a while at Mountain View Bus Lines, and then for 18 years as a claims processor at Met Life/United Health in Kingston, retiring in 2004. Pat was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church in Greenville, and a member of the Rosary Society. Pat is survived by her husband of 20 years, George Bruce Fredenburgh; her in-laws, Robert & Kathleen Fredenburgh, David & Joice Fredenburgh, and Gail Fredenburgh; and several cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Theresa, Frances and James. Calling hours will be Sunday, November 25 from 3 to 5 p.m. at A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville. The funeral will be Monday, November 26 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church, 4987 State Route 81, Greenville, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be offered.
