WESTERLO – Hazel G. Flagler, 81, passed away peacefully on
Hazel was born in
Hazel is survived by her children, Donna Renee (Tim) Fisher, Deana Robin (James) Smith, Duane Cameron Flagler, Devin Stewart (Mary) Flagler, and Darin Scott (Shelby) Flagler; grandchildren, Jessica (Anthony) Zoccolo, Justin Fisher, Aaron and MacKenzie Smith, Austin, Kaitlyn, Kya, and Alyssa Flagler; great-grandchildren, Autumn, Carter, and Mia Zoccolo, and Kaleb Fisher; sisters, Donna Wood (Ron) Fisher and Sheila Wood Cooke; sister-in-law, Maryann Wood; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Hazel was predeceased by her daughter, Dana Rachel Flagler; brother, Howell W. Wood; and brother-in-law, Dwight Cooke.
A private memorial service for family and close family friends will be conducted on Saturday, September 16 at at the family farm,
