I am devastated by this news. I met Tim and Deborah when I lived in New York in the 90's. Having moved to the big apple acouple of years before I met Deborah in the last 2 years I lived there and quickly Deb and Timmy became part of my surrogate family. I absolutely cherish my great memories and fun times we had, I am often reminded of these times by photos I have around my australian home. Tim was such an amazing human as it didnt matter what you were, he accepted you with open arms. My heart goes out to beautiful Deborah and Tim's gorgeous children.xxx

I only learned this awful news this afternoon as I walked by the store in Greenville. I read the notice on the door as you do, reading about someone I didn't know. But I recognized the face instantly. It was Tim. I instantly called Tad and told him. We are both so, so sad at the loss of such a shining spirit.
We only met Tim this summer. He helped Tad turn our garden from a poison ivy filled mess into a beautiful garden - all ready for our wedding at the beginning of October.
In the process Tim became our friend. He and Tad (and when I was around - me) would sit at the end of the day and exchange stories of life, his wife and kids that he loved so much... just stuff. Tim was a joy. He made us smile. His energy was infectious, and he did so many nice things, and funny things and sweet things just because he wanted to. Once, he even enlisted Deb to help via phone - to my protests! But he insisted. And she was just as lovely as he. We knew then that we had found special people.
The world has lost a good man. And Deb, although we never did meet, because of Tim, we feel that we know you too. If you need anything, we are here. And as someone else said - we do feel that we are better people for meeting Tim Webb and we miss the friendship that had only started to form. Our hearts go out to you and your family.

I was so very very sad to hear this. I met Tim when he helped Diane & Tad get the garden ready for their wedding what a wonderful human being he was. We talked many times of his beautiful family, children he adored and his lovely wife. I know I am richer for having met Tim a gentleman with a beautiful soul who will be sorely missed by all who had the good fortune to know him I only wish I had met him sooner. My hear goes out to his wife and children and all of his family.
R.I.P dear Tim.
