FREEHOLD - Vanessa J. Sprague, 63, passed away on Wednesday October 12, 2022. She was born on December 9, 1958 in Corinth, NY to Gilbert Mosher and the late Kathryn Morey. Vanessa was a beloved bartender at the Brass Rail for over 20 years and also ran a taxi service locally. She valued her family above all else, especially her grandchildren, each of whom she had a special relationship with. She was the one you could count on to give you advice, and was there for all those she loved.

Vanessa is survived by her three children, Jolene Sprague, Richard Sprague Jr., and Jeffrey and Karen Sprague; all of her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her siblings; many nieces and nephews; and by all of her friends in the community.
