Please pray with me,
Almighty God, Lord of life and death, You made us in Your image and hold us in Your care. We thank You for Your servant Mary Butler, for the gift of her life, and for the love and mercy she received from You and gave to Sean, the entire Butler family and her friends. Especially we praise You for Your love in Jesus Christ, who died and rose from the grave to free us from evil, and give us life eternal. Receive, O Lord, Your servant, for Mary returns to You. May she hear Your words of welcome, “Come, you blessed of my Father,” and receive the unfading crown of glory. May the angels surround Mary and the saints welcome her in peace. Lord, grant that when our time on earth is ended, we may be united with all the saints in the joys of Your eternal home. Hear our prayer in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen
