Dear Bates family,
I am so sorry for your loss. It is difficult to lose a mother, sister, grandmother. I had not seen Ruth in a few years but I will alway remember that infectious laugh and big smile.
I know my sister Doris kept in contact with Ruth quite often until she passed away a couple years ago. I can picture the two of them having a good 'gab' fest somewhere in the great beyond right now.
