Obituary of Linda J. Tanner

Linda J. Tanner 06/27/1947 ~ 01/13 2022 Mrs. Linda J. Tanner, 74, of Cobleskill, NY, widow of Robert Tanner, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 13, 2022. She was born June 27, 1947 in Middleburgh, NY, a daughter of the late Norman Laraway and Pauline (Coons) Laraway Shilstone. Linda was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert Tanner; her son, Peter Tanner; and her granddaughter, Bryanna Tanner. She is survived by her sons, Robert Tanner II, Brian (Rachel) Tanner, and Scott Tanner; 14 grandchildren; her sister, Darlene (Roy) McGinn; her brother, David (Darleen) Laraway; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Saturday, April 9th at 11 a.m. in the South Westerlo Congregational Christian Church, 282 County Route 405, South Westerlo, followed by refreshments at the Rensselaerville Fire House.
