To Jim's family,
Our sincerest condolences for your loss. Mom (Virginia Ostrander Hall) and I (Cathy Hall Martino) are so sorry to learn of Jim's passing. We belong to another branch of the Croote family tree. Mom's mother, Estelle Croote Ostrander, was Uncle Lawton and Aunt Alice's sister. I had the opportunity to speak with Jim a few years ago and we shared some memories of years gone by. At 93 years, Mom enjoys conversations about those years and her aunts, uncles and cousins. Please take comfort in knowing that Jim is at peace in his heavenly home, and that we think of our extended Croote family often.
