Obituary of Roy B. Ringwall

LAKELAND, FL - Roy Bernhardt Ringwall, 84, passed away on Tuesday January 26, 2021 in Lakeland, FL. He was born on September 23, 1936 to the late Konrad Emil and Helga Ringwall. He served in the US Army and was honorably discharged in 1962. Captain Roy worked many years as a tugboat captain for Moran tugging on the northeast coast, Great Lakes & Gulf of Mexico. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Esther Johnson; and his children, Susan Ringwall Rockey, Audra Lynn Suozzi, and Carl Peter Ringwall. Roy is survived by his children, Robert (Kelly) Knudsen, Carlene Labounty, Joanna (Michael) Chiesa, and Alisa (Hope) Spring; and by many grandchildren, great grandchildren & nieces and nephews.
