Obituary of Marshall H. Germond

Marshall H. Germond DURHAM – Marshall H. Germond, 87, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Columbia Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hudson on November 10, 1933, a son of the late Ralph Germond and Helen Cleveland Germond. Marshall worked for 30 years as a mechanic at Ben Funk, Inc. in Hudson, retiring several years ago. Marshall is survived by his son, David (Kelly) Britton; grandchildren, Brittany Britton (Adrian) Graff, Amelia Britton, Gwen Britton, Noah Britton, Desire Malloy-German, and Kayla Siciliano; great-grandchildren, Kenneth Malloy, Lillian Malloy, and Brandon Siciliano; brother, Milton Germond; several cousins. In addition to his parents, Marshall was predeceased by his wife, Alice Van Dyke Germond. Cremation has taken place privately, and burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in the spring.
