Brenda was one of a kind for sure. A few of us rode the BOCES bus in school. We all had a great time every day on the ride there and back just laughing and helping each other out with school work. I’ll always remember Brenda was a “no BS” kind of woman. She will be missed. Our condolences to her family and countless friends.

Chris, Jr, Nick, Courtney and family, It is so hard to find the right words to say, when you know a family loses someone so special. Brenda is an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend. I am honored that I was able to have met Brenda and spend time with her family. (Hunting and our Old Forge Camping Trip) There was nothing more important to Brenda than her family. She loved each and every one of you more than anybody could love someone. When she knew her grandkids were coming over Brenda, the proud grandmother would be outside smiling from ear to ear waiting for them to arrive. Please do no hesitate to reach out if you need anything. It is so hard to lose someone, that not a day goes by you don’t think about them. But from conversations we have had over the past few weeks, and reading through some poems I felt as if Brenda wrote this for you: When tomorrow starts without me And I'm not there to see; If the sun should rise and find your eyes All filled with tears for me. I wish so much you wouldn't cry The way you did today; While thinking of the many things We didn't get to say. I know how much you love me As much as I love you; And each time that you think of me, I know you'll miss me too. Words can't begin to express the void left in our fire company by your abscence. You and I prayed over many an activity that we were working on, we always believed God was in control and it would turn out alright. Nothing prepared our company for this day.
