My prayers are with the Keenan family. Jim was always good to work with, though I never had the opportunity to meet him in person, we have talked on the phone for years and he was always very professional and wonderful to work with. May God bless you with the many memories he has left you and comfort you in your loss.

Jim was my manager (RFM) for 5 or 6 years. He was always understanding of what his FEs had to deal with, and always trying to make our work less difficult. Jim always had a great sense of humor, never taking himself too seriously or using his position to make unreasonable demands of his co-workers. I will always appreciate how how he would "go to bat" for me. I considered him more of a friend than a boss. I will miss him greatly.

I met Jim in 1997 when he was asked to lead our new call center which he did willingly and made a success of it in a difficult environment. After we insourced our Field Service organization Jim became the leader for our New York Field Services operation. In a short time he earned back the trust of our customers through dedication, hard work and a positive attitude coupled with a great sense of humor. He was a true friend to his colleagues and customers. Jim, you will be missed by the Orange community....

Jimmy's my friend. I'm lucky to have known and worked with him for 16 years. I'll miss those late night drinks after working a hard day. I'll miss his wicked laugh and big grin when he was happy and his growl when he was not. He never did hide his emotions very well but that's what made Jimmy, well Jimmy. I'll miss him....
