Obituary of Susan M. Lynch

Susan M. Lynch (61) of Potter Hollow, NY passed away at St. Peter's Hospice Inn in Albany, NY on June 18, 2011. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ on Aug. 3, 1949 daughter of the late Andrew & Mary (Moore) Lynch. Susan was employed by the NYS Dept. of Criminal Justice as a Supervisor in the Fingerprinting Dept. She enjoyed her gardening and was an excellent Weaver having won several awards at the local County Fairs. Susan was very active in getting state recognition for the Potter Hollow School project. A communicant of Our Lady of Knock Shrine in East Durham, NY; she was also active in the Knights of Columbus Columbiettes -Our Lady of Knock Council #6439. She will be remembered as a great friend to many. Surviving is a sister Patti Lynch (David) of Millerton, NY, a brother Andrew J. Lynch (Elizabeth) of Rhinebeck, NY also two nieces Andrea Gollenger & Shannon Koley and her long time canine companion "Bella". Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM, Wed. June 22, 2011 at Our Lady of Knock Shrine, 2052 State Route 145, East Durham, NY 12423. Friends may call at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR81, Greenville, NY on Tues. June 21, 5 to 8PM.
