Obituary of Bennie Lee

Bennie Lee, (76) of Westerlo, NY passed away suddenly in St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY. He was born in Rensselaerville, NY on Mar. 29, 1935, son of the late Oscar and Mae (Ingraham) Lee. Bennie was a Truck Driver for Molloy Trucking and later Callanan Industries until he retired 1997. He loved to spend time scratching his lottery tickets and socializing in the local coffee shops. He was a loving husband , father, grandfather and great grandfather. Besides his parents, Bennie was predeceased by his brother, Dan, his three sisters, Esther, Frances and Gladys and a stepson, Rick Baldwin. Surviving are his wife, Shirley(Snyder) Lee, his children, Bonnie Schmidt (Dennis), Bruce Lee (Fely), Denise Stoliker (Michael), Brian Lee (Patty), three brothers, John Lee (Vivian), Ken Lee (Charlene) and Arlington Lee (Dorothy), two sisters, Mary Wilsey and Rita Van Kuren, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews, his former wife Donna (Slingerland) Lee (mother of his children) and his many friends who will miss him and his best friend and companion Casper.
