Obituary of Helene L. McLaughlin

Helene L. McLaughlin of Freehold, NY born Feb. 22, 1914 went home to the Lord on March 19, 2011. Beloved wife of Harold J. McLaughlin who preceded her in death into heaven after 60 years of marriage. Helene is survied by her three children: Robert (Marie), Maureen, and Richard; eight grandchildren; and nine greatgrandchildren. Helene was a member of St. John the Baptist Church in Greenville, NY and a Life Member of the Rosary Alter Society of Our Lady of the Snows Parish in Floral Park, NY. She served as a volunteer at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, FL for over 12 years right into her eighties. Helene will be waked at Dalton Funeral Home, 125 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park, NY 11040 on Thursday and Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm.
