Obituary of Olin R. Wagoner

Olin R. Wagoner (77) of Delmar, NY formerly of East Berne, NY passed away at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital on Feb. 18, 2011. He was born in East Berne, NY on March 21, 1933 son of the late William & Clarissa (Miller) Wagoner. Olin was a retired Appliance Service Tec. having worked for Montgomery Ward for over 32 years & was a member of Teamster Local # 294. When able he enjoyed the outdoors by hunting, camping and his photography. Olin and his wife Kathryn also helped out with the meal program at the Hiawatha Grange. He was a member of the Berne & Rensselaerville Sr. citizens, the Helderberg Hilltoppers Camping Club & the Westerlo Reformed Church. Surviving is his wife Kathryn (Gossman) Wagoner, a son Dean Wagoner (Mariann) of Middleburgh, NY, two grandchildren, Dennis Westfall (Jessie), Joyce Krygier (Don), two great grandchildren, Cailyn & Ethan Krygier, three brothers, Earl Wagoner, Orlo Wagoner (Shelia), Vernon Wagoner (Alice) & several nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by a sister-in-law Florence Wagoner. Funeral service will be Sat. Feb. 26, 1pm at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR81, Greenville, NY. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 to 1pm prior to the Service. Spring interment will be in the South Berne Cemetery.
