My Dear Sweet Sister,
I miss you so much. I have locked you in my heart forever! Every time I get in a car I will hear you say "slow down, watch you speed, we are in a speed trap". Life won't be the same without you in it.

Marlene was able to overcome many things in the last few years. Riding to New York City many times. Staying in New York City alone and taking a New York City cab. This battle was just too huge for her. I know she is no longer in pain, and in a better place. I will miss her so much. May she rest in peace.
Sister,
Carolyn

Where do I start, My God our lives have been entwined since the early 60's. I will always remember Marlene very fondly, not only was she my sister-in-law at one point, also mother to my niece and nephews. But she also remained a good friend through good times and bad times. We talked many times about different situations. It helped just to listen to each other. Jimmy, Paul and Lori, my prayers and thoughts are with you guys, I am so sorry for your loss, this is a really tough one to handle. Bev and Carolyn please accept my most sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved sister.

I remember going to see Aunt Marlene at her camp and she bought some coloring for the fire we had and I loved it so much that she bought me several more for the next time I saw her. I didn't get to see her as much as I would have liked to, and I never got to say this to her, but I love(d) her so much and I always will. She will forever have a very, very special place in my heart. She was a great woman and a wonderful aunt

To Bev, Carolyn, Bob, and families.
My deepest sympathy on the death of Marlene. She has indeed been through a lot recently, and I know she faced everything with courage and determination. This miserable cancer cell has a mind of its own. It often claims the best possible people.
Remember she is with you in spirit, and you can see her in a lovely fall leaf and a fresh snowfall.
Rest in peace, Marlene.

Marlene was like a mom to me for many years and then a very loving grandma to my son Johnathan. Heaven gained an angel but we've lost a true spirit here on earth. She will be sorely missed as she was loved and adored all the years of her life. My prayers and love go out to the entire family.

So many memories of long ago. All the time spent with your beautiful children. RIP Marlene. My prayers and thoughts are with Jim, Paul, Lori, and their families.
God looked around his garden And He found an empty place. And then He looked down on the earth, And saw your Mother's face. He put His arms around her, And lifted her to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.
Love Always, Aunt Anne and Uncle Steve

So when ny father first told me about my grandma passing, all I could do was cry. She was ny grandma been there for me pretty much all 16years of my life. She was awesome and nice. We had ups and downs but what family doesn't. I've come to the final thought that even tho she is gone she will always be here. I rememberwas I was little I spent every weekend over the summer with her and my gandpa. We'd eat early and have snacks late and watch the braidy bunch I'll never forget those days. And camping, it was always enjoyable we all loved the outdoors. I love you grandma forever and always jackie.
