Scott M. Zielonko - Owner and Funeral Director

Scott joined the staff at A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home on August 1, 2008. He is a graduate of Watervliet High School, class of 1982, and the Mortuary Science Program at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, class of 1985, and has been licensed as a Funeral Director in New York State since 1986. He has worked at funeral homes in Albany, Troy, Watervliet, and Ravena.  Scott purchased the business from Curt Cunningham on April 1, 2016.  He attends St. John the Baptist Church, and is a member of Our Lady of Knock Council 6439 of the Knights of Columbus in East Durham.  He is also a member of the Capital District and New York State Funeral Directors Associations.

 Jennifer A. McKeon - Funeral Director

  Jennifer grew up in Greene County, NY spending the majority of her life in Coxsackie. She has 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren that are the apple of her eye. Jennifer married her soulmate in 2012 and relocated to Freehold, NY in 2019. Through life's trial and tribulations she returned to school at age 44 to pursue her career as a funeral director, graduating from Hudson Valley Community College with Phi Theta Kappa High Honors. Jennifer joined A.J Cunningham's staff  in February 2022 and completed her residency in November 2022. She received her license December 2022 and is a full time Licensed Funeral Director on staff, she specializes in cosmetics and reconstruction. 

 

  




  Curtis A. Cunningham - Funeral Director Emeritus

Curt graduated from Greenville Central School in 1959, attended & graduated from Alfred State Tech. and the Simmons School of Embalming and became a licensed funeral director on July 25, 1963 on his father's 50th birthday. He has been employed at the funeral home since then. Active in the community, he has been a Town Councilman, Past Town Supervisor, former member of the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company and a former Fire Commissioner. He is a former member of the Greenville Rotary Club where he was honored as a Paul Harris Fellow and had 25 years of perfect attendance. He is married to the former Nancy Rockenstire, has three daughters, two step-children and six grandchildren. Curt is a Civil War collector and enjoys a round of golf now and then.
