Obituary of Charles Rappazzo

RENSSELAERVILLE – Charles "Chuck" Rappazzo, 74, passed away on Saturday July 16, 2016 at the Kingston Hospital. He was born in Albany on March 29, 1942 to the late Dominic and Margaret Domery Rappazzo. Chuck was a resident of Rensselaerville for nearly 40 years, owning and operating a farm that he and his wife built. He married Susan A. Minkler on July 25, 1964 and she predeceased him on December 20, 2011. Chuck was a US Army veteran, having enlisted on February 10, 1960, Honorably Discharged on January 3, 1996, and then retiring on March 29, 2002. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 23 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville. He will then be entombed in his family mausoleum next to his beloved wife. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Greenville FFA, P.O. Box 129, Greenville, NY 12083.
