I. Walton McClure, 96 years of Cornwallville, NY passed away on April 4, 2010 in the Kaaterskill Care Nursing and Rehab Center in Catskill, NY. He was born in Grandview, TX on Sept. 10, 1913, son of the late Isaac W. and Ruth (Cecil) McClure. He was a Serviceman with Addressograf Multigraf Corp. for 30 years.Walton was a former member and soloist of the Catskill Glee Club, a member of the J. F. Swartsel Lodge # 251 F & AM and Local # 215 American Federation of Musicians. He attended the Cornerstone Baptist Church and the Greenville-Norton Hill U.M. Church. He was a loving husband & father and adored his many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Helen Adamek McClure, four brothers and four sisters and a son-in-law, Liam Treacy. Surviving are his three daughters, Anna Ruth Greer (Albert) of East Durham, NY, Deborah Lynne Treacy of Cornwallville, NY and Winifred F. Hagelmann (Ronald) of Tucson, AZ and a son, Harry McClure of Cairo, NY 15 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be Thurs., Apr. 8, 2010 at 7 PM at the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR 81, Greenville, NY 12083. Friends may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 4 to 7 PM.
