Our hearts are heavy as we announce the passing of Thomas Paul Carroll, 89, of Greenville, NY (formerly from Brooklyn and the Bronx).  A loving husband, father, brother, uncle to many nieces and nephews and friend to many as well, left us on Thursday, April 16th, 2026.  Born on December 29, 1936, in Roosevelt, NY, to John and Anna Carroll, Tom served as a Sanitation Engineer and Plumber for a combined 45+ year professional career.  He was a dedicated family man who would help anyone, loved the outdoors and "puttering" around the garage, yard and property.  

He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, (Sarah); children, Christine Badalamenti (Robert), Brian Mitchell (Denise); 5 grandchildren; Caitlin (Andrew), Nicole (Christopher), Connor (Samantha), Lauren and Kieran and 6 great grandchildren.  He is also survived by his sister, Catherine and preceded in death by John, Regina and Zita.  

Calling hours and celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 24th from 1 until 4 p.m. at A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville.  Mass will be offered at St John the Baptist Church, 4987 State Route 81, Greenville at 11:00am, on Saturday, April 25th.  Condolences may be posted at ajcunninghamfh.com.
