Patricia Fallon, 87 years old , most recently of Greenville, NY, was born in Dublin, Ireland and passed away on Thursday, December, 25, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born on March 17,1938 and was the daughter of the late George and the late Mary (née Ferguson) Hayden.

She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Patrick, on December 24, 2024.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Kathleen), Catherine (Maria), Kieran (Diane), Anne Marie (Michael), Maureen (Richard), and Patrick Jr. (Suzanne). She was loved by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. 

She will be sadly missed. May she rest in peace.   

Loving care has been entrusted to A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home.

Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 31st at 11:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church 4987 State Route 81, Greenville.

Services will be officiated by Father Jay Atherton.

Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, December 30th from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at A. J. Cunningham Funeral Home 4898 State Route 81, Greenville.
