In loving memory of Karen Zigmantanis-Jaycox, 74 of Greenville, NY who passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025 after a brief illness. 

She was born September 10, 1951 in Manhattan. She was the daughter of the late Harry Ahearn and late Marjorie Ippolito. She lived in Greenville, NY with her husband of 20 years Clifford Jaycox. 

She is pre-deceased by two brothers Daniel and Brian Ahearn.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Clifford; her daughter, Donna Zigmantanis; her granddaughter, Riley Butigan; her siblings, Kevin (Dale) Ahearn Sr., James (Nora) Ahearn, Donna (James) Meyers, and Patrick (Catherine) Ahearn; her sister-in-law, Marie Ahearn; and many nieces and nephews.  She also leaves behind her beloved three pugs whom she adored.

She retired after more than 25 years of dedicated service from Greene County Sheriff’s Office.

Karen will always be remembered for her strength, her loyalty to family, and unwavering support and love she gave throughout her life.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, December 17, from 4 PM to 7 PM at A.J. Cunningham Funeral home 4898 State Route 81, Greenville, New York a funeral service will be held at 6:30 PM.
