WESTERLO – Caroline P. Joslyn passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at St. Peter’s Hospital.
Caroline was born in Schenectady on August 5, 1936, a daughter of the late John and Mildred McFee Gardiner. She resided in Westerlo for more than 50 years and was a member of Westerlo Reformed Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Westerlo Volunteer Fire Company. Caroline was retired from the New York State Thruway Authority. She enjoyed camping, crocheting, dancing, and listening to country music.
Caroline is survived by three children, Barry (Linda) Joslyn of Westerlo, Becky Joslyn of Duette, FL, and Brad (Denise) Joslyn of Feura Bush; 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; one sister, Charlotte Forrest of FL; and her friend of 22 years, Robert McCann. In addition to her parents, Caroline was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth R. Joslyn on December 29, 2000; and 1 great-granddaughter.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 26th from 10 a.m. until 12 noon at A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 State Route 81, Greenville. The funeral will be at 12 noon, followed by burial in Westerlo Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Westerlo Reformed Church, P.O.
